PAYMENT TERMS

Standard trading terms are strictly 14 days net from the end of month invoice/statement date.

New client trading terms are strictly 7 days net from date of service.

Monthly Invoicing/Statements:

SHEC provides a detailed invoice/statement for the provision of service/s and supply of goods as near as possible to the month end. In many instances, we will be consistently invoicing at the time of service (during the appointment) and will ask for full payment at the end of the appointment, preferably via card payment. For visits and/or goods supplies at the SHEC Clinic (office) we will be asking for payment at the time of service (COD) or prior to discharge/collection of horse or products.

Afterhours Consults:

SHEC offers 24-hour/7 days a week emergency service for all our equine patients, and we are delighted to be able to continue to offer this service into the future. To ensure the continuation of this invaluable service we will be in most instances, requesting payment of the Afterhours Consult Fee at the time of service. Fees can be paid via cash or card payment directly to the veterinarian.

Please see the fees listed below for your reference:
Afterhours Consultation (5pm – 8am) – $360 incl. GST
